About Us

Our first hybrid turf was established in 1985 on only one acre. Since that time our Family Farm, located on the fertile soils of West Tennessee, has evolved into over 500 acres of quality turf grass. We grow Tifway 419 Bermuda, TifTuf Bermuda, Meyer Z-52 Zoysia, Palisades Zoysia, and Tall Fescue.

With the exception of Fescue, our grasses are hybrids that produce sterile seed. These have to be propagated by moving root material (sprigs) into desired planting areas. To help control quality, we maintain nursery plots that are frequently inspected by the Tennessee Crop Improvement Association. This helps to ensure health and purity of the planting stock. More selective customers can purchase our Tifway 419, and our Palisades Zoysia, as a CERTIFIED product that is grown under circumstances that assure it to be free from undesirable grasses and pests.

Our customers include Homeowners, Landscapers and Contractors, Athletic Fields, Golf Courses, Government Agencies, and hopefully YOU. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have about your lawn.
